We stayed here for 2 nights, San Pellegrino is charming (2 days for sightseeing will be enough), and this hotel is ideally located, right in the centre, not far from several nice little bars, pastry shops and just a few restaurants. We stayed in a decent room on the 4th floor, very nice (green) view, a balcony included, giving us a view at the old Grand Hotel (which is being renovated, must have been a wonderful place back in 1904 or so). Beds were good (hard is a matter of preference), bathroom had a bath instead of a shower, everything was functional, clean and a bit authentic. Liked it. We did not make use of the spa facilities (10 euro pp), nor did we visit the Terme, situated just behind the hotel (10% discount). Breakfast was sufficient according to Italian standard and staff were helpful and polite (people who remarked that they do not speak English, a bit silly, this is not mandatory and they get what you mean). So, do like we did, from Bergamo, by bus to San Pellegrino, 2 days, then back to Bergamo, to Milano by train, visit Crema for one day and night and end again in Bergamo for another 2 days, also nice old town with lots of sights! Ciao!

Hotel was really quiet although was full. The location is perfect- in center, near to therme.
Rooms were good, beds comfortable.
Breakfast was small, it is typical. Only one thing was not ok- no fresh coffee at breakfast, it is really not typical for Italy and not adequate for price. We used caffe in the same building to get mornings cappuccino, it was good.

If you like to stay a night in San Pellegrino, the hotel 'Centrale'is a very good option. The fiancee was very happy with the spacious room, the cleanliness, the view on the river and the mountains, the helpfull manager and the breakfast in the morning. She slept like a rose in the big bed and so she was in an excellent mood the next morning. Can a man ask more of a hotel?

We stayed for one night. The hotel is a 3*-hotel. The room is small and the corridors are little bit dark. The price you have to pay is above hotel standard. The breakfast is poor and only one of the staff is English speaking. It seems, that the hotel has been refurbished some years ago. Maybe they forgot the room he slept in. Guess we will not return for this hotel.

We came as 3 adults and 3 children, got two rooms next to each other. The rooms were well equipped and tidy. I have no complaints, the hotel has very good location in the city center. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Wi-fi is free and the connection is good.
