This hotel has a great sixties vibe with comfy beds and great service. The staff are very professional and the food is lovely.
We needed something sent to our room and it arrived pronto.
We were very lucky to be there when there was a contemporary dance company performance was happening in the Roman Forum next door to our hotel’s outdoor dining area.
Walking distances many attractions.

The hotel is in a great location just a few steps away from the centre,so we could leave our car in the car park and walk easily into town. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathroom and shower spacious ,The view delightful and we found the staff most helpful and friendly. The breakfast was adequate though there was no hot cooked food on display. No complaints from us.I have no difficulty in recommending this hotel to others .

This is a hotel in a perfect location to explore Spoleto where we could walk the entire city easily.

It may look traditional and somewhat dated in the lobby and public area but I could see the rooms were refurbished and everything was nice and clean. The room was large and comfortable and the bath was fully equipped although the tub/shower was a little odd in size.

Breakfast was very nice in the large dining room with nice lighting and outlook.

Parking in front of the hotel was free of charge and they also offer parking in garage for a fee but it was super convenient anyway.

Highly recommended. Lovely.

We stayed for 3 nights. The accommodation was fine, spacious room, nice view and excellent housekeeping. However what was disappointing about this 4 star hotel were the staff. On arrival there was no "welcome to Dei Duchi, no offer to help with our luggage even though we are of a certain age!. When we asked for help the young girl who assisted us didn't know where the room was and no one showed us the room itself. On leaving no one asked if we had enjoyed our stay or whether we were pleased with the Hotel. On a detail we asked if there were bathrobes and were told they didn't provide them but "there are towels"! Wer haven't stayed in a 4 star Hotel in Italy where bathrobes were not provided. So all in all an average Hotel which is a shame because it could be so much better.

Our first choice of emergency accommodation when our vehicle broke down and we had to wait for repairs.
They were very helpful when we had to keep extending our stay, juggling other bookings around so that we didn't have to move rooms.
Lovely buffet breakfast included in the price.
Great dinner in restaurant where we ate one night.
All staff very friendly and helpful: the owner, restaurant staff, receptionists and housekeeping.
Would definitely recommend this hotel as a great place to stay in Spoleto. Lovely big rooms, great views, very convenient location.
