Fantastic family hotel with friendly staff and lovely food and local wines. Beautiful bar area and our Deluxe Panorama room was modern and very comfortable with stunning views. Parking is easy just in front of the hotel. Ski area is easily accessible and offers great skiing for families.

We stayed last year just before the pandemic kicked in and had an amazing time! We were a group of four (2+2 i.e. me and my husband and my parents). We would have been back this year but obviously, we are unable to travel... hopefully next year!
The location of the hotel is excellent just on the slope which was our main criteria when choosing a hotel.
Most of the staff were able to accommodate our language barriers and spoke English to me and my husband and german to my parents.
The food was tasty and offered a great variety too. We spent a lot of time at the bar in the afternoon and evenings. The atmosphere was soooo lovely.
The spa was an enjoyable treat after a whole day of skiing. The views from the pool are absolutely stunning.
The rooms have been renovated since we stayed and we can't wait to see them in person (as opposed to keep admiring them on IG :D ).
Overall it was a great stay, met our expectations and as I said earlier, we are looking forward to being back (PS we don't go to the same place twice, but Kristall offered everything we were after and seems to be a guarantee of comfort we are looking for!).

My husband and i spent a week at the beautiful Kristall Hotel. Perfect location for skiers, hotel on the slope. Extremely friendly staff and excellent delicious food. We were in a newly renovated spacious room with a modern bathroom. The SPA is comfortable, we enjoyed it.We shall definitely be back.

Our family of four used Hotel Kristall as a base for day-hiking in the Dolomites for a few days. Not only was the location great (relatively close to famous walks/hikes such as Lago di Braies and Tre Cime, and located right below Kronplatz), but the hotel and the staff made the stay really special. We had a family room, which was extremely well laid out - our kids (11 and 13) had their own little room that they loved, the room was spacious, and I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel room with so many cupboards and closets! We didn't use the spa services, but we did use the pool and hot tub on a daily basis - everybody really enjoyed it. The cherry on top though, was the excellent restaurant. We had chosen half-board and it was well worth it. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the 4 course dinners were heavenly. Our youngest is a bit of a picky eater, but they were always able to substitute the more unusual items on the menu for him. However, I would say that, for somebody who is more of a "steak and potatoes" person, the dinners would be a trial. We are already thinking about planning a return trip to this hotel - maybe in the winter to take advantage of the skiing.

Stayed at Hotel Kristall with my girlfriend for one night! Never having been to a spa before this we weren’t too bothered about the spa facilities!
We had some time to spare and thought it be nice to go take a dip in the pool and check out the spa. Safe to say we were mind blown, never have we felt so relaxed and comfy at a hotel.
Hotel and facilities were incredibly clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming!
Could not recommend enough! We will 110% be returning!
