This restaurant is in a wonderful location overlooking the Adriatic coast of Vasto which they rely on for trade. It has tables outside on 2 levels in the summer when it is packed with tourists. The food is usual Italian tourist food of pizza and pasta with a very limited menu. They do serve fresh fish outside the tourist season of June/July/August but always change the menu for the influx of tourists in the summer when they know they are going to be full so don't need to bother with quality of food. Outside the tourist season you can get a decent meal here at a decent price. Baked fish with potatoes (seabass or bream) is around €15. It's really a tourist restaurant and not busy in the winter as most locals know of much better places to eat in Vasto.
