The interaction with the staff was great, our daughter didn't want to go home. They gave us great service and helped us changing room as we wanted to have a room with balcony. The location is great, close to the beach and the park - perfect when having kids.
Having said that, it is a 2-star hotel so the standard of the rooms could improve. The beds are worn out and a renovation of the bathrooms would improve the impression a lot.

This very friendly family run hotel has a super location near to the beach. The main part of the hotel was originally a private house built about 100 years ago and has most of the original period features. We had the big bedroom with the corner balcony shown in the picture. The balcony has the sun most of the day. The room had two aspects and there is a sea view from the balcony.

The hotel is run by Serena and her father. Serena speaks excellent fluent English and her father is nearly as good. They will help you with anything that you need to know.

There is a publc bus service to the railway station and Pisa Airport from a stop 200m distant from the hotel.

Room tip: The corner room with the balcony is probably the best room but it is also the most expensive.

Friendly, family run hotel. Lovely breakfast, a good selection on offer with great coffee.
Booked this last minute to round off a month in Italy in various places.
We have stayed in many hotels and found this to be the best value.
In terms of comfort, sleep quality, price and location it is hard to beat.
Two minutes from a really nice stretch of beach.
Will definitely return.

Room tip: Think all rooms will be quiet as it's in the side street off the main road.

Stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of September. Very enjoyable experience, it has a small family run vibe. Staff were very helpful, rooms were clean and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone.

This is a great hotel in a brilliant location having the beach 3 minutes away at one end of the street and the park about the same distance at the other end. The railway station is approx 20 minutes walk. You can catch the service bus directly from Pisa airport to a few metres from the hotel. Our room was spotlessly clean and very spacious. This hotel provides many more extras than expected from a 2 star establishment - including free wifi, safe, tea and coffee facilities in the room, tv and air conditioning. The bed linen is beautifully clean, crisp white cotton and towels are brilliant white, soft and good quality. Breakfast is buffet style and offers a good variety of quality food and drink in Italian style.
I have left the best thing until last which is the lovely family who run the hotel. We have never known anyone so helpful and knowledgeable about the area and were very grateful to Sandro and Sirena for all their help in exploring and suggestions of places to go.
