Just returned from a truly memorable stay at cubo apartments in the small town of Vico equense over looking the breathtaking Bay of Naples. We stayed in the Europa suite which is quite simply set in the most awesome location nestled in the rooftop overlooking the coastline below and the hilltop monastery of sa Francesco.
We were completely spoilt both at breakfast and the wonderful Rooftop Restaurant overlooking vico and the bay below you.
Maria had the most beautiful salmon ever and I had the mama,s Award winning pasta dish Bucatino, sorry if I miss spelt it Anna, unforgettable.
For a couple wishing to celebrate something special in there life this is the perfect place to do it.
We cannot thank the Family enough for their hospitality and willingness to ensure everything was perfect for our stay.
The attention to detail is evident from the moment you arrive.
The Architectural finish throughout is remarkable.
The hotel is 2 min walk to vico train station and as for restaurants outside you are spoilt for choice honestly.
Tip for the beach, there is a local bus which goes down every 30 mins or so trust me you will need it back up the hill. Best Euro we ever spent :).
Alphonso and the family thank you and see you soon.keep up the hard work.

This place is reflection of the warmth and passion of the people who work here.

You feel like you’re at home with family from the moment you arrive.

Stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment that felt like a house and was tastefully furnished with everything you need. Even lad Sky TV.

Be sure to have drinks/dinner on the rooftop terrace as you watch the sunset over water. Also has Asian inspired dishes if you feel like something different from pizza and pasta.

A very short walk to nice restaurants and gelatarias.

Train station to Sorrento is less than a 5 min walk away. From memory it’s about a 20min ride to Sorrento.

You’ll be sad to leave this place.

We stayed in Cubo Apartments 3 bedroom villa which was stunning and so very comfortable. We loved this apartment. We also had dinner on rooftop restaurant and the food was divine. especially the bruschetta and entree foods and pasta. We thoroughly recommend Cubo Apartments for anyone wishing to stay in a less busy part of Amalfi Coast

This is our third trip to the Amalfi Coast and our third time stay at the Cubo Apartments. The apartments are tastefully designed with beautiful clean line design with different interior themes . We’ve stayed in a one bedroom suite as a couple on our honey moon, in a two bedroom suite with our children and mom, and a two bedroom duplex suite with our friends. All room types were well designed and fitted out — comfy beds, pillows, linen, and sheets are of top quality; the electric gadgets in terms of lighting and central music buttons (which also allows for music in the bathrooms) are amazing! Their entrance doors and locks for all apartments are impressive. We loved every detail of the apartments.

Cubo apartments are family run — Alfonso, his family and daughters including Stephania are all amazing at what they do. They always make sure our stay was welcome and well taken care of.

We highly recommend the Cubo apartments fir anyone visiting Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento and beyond for short or long term stay. It is close to train station and nice beaches. Vico Equense is a quaint little lovely area with its own charm.

The best thing about cubo is the staff
It’s a family run business to the most true sense of the word , Alfonso and his daughter stefania were more than great in how took care of us
But I have to say , for the price that we paid there are a lot of issues that they need to take care of to make this place a much nicer accommodation
Breakfast : except for the coffee which is average and some of the cakes, the rest of the menu is poor to be honest and I would recommend a small buffet rather than “you can choose one item from this menu”
Service: girls who were in the bar or cafe had this weird attitude and one was always inclined to say “NO” to every request you had , and if it wasn’t for one the owner’s daughters , thus waitress wanted to deny us breakfast because we were 5 min from 10:30
But I would still recommend it based on overall welcoming atmosphere and honest behaviour which something rare these days
