Staff was nice, speak english and don't bother you.
Cleanliness was perfectly fine.
Room for one person was super small and minimalists and it's understandable for 2 star hotel. Double bed (I think it was 195cm long), small desk, chair, small closet, 2 power outlets in useful locations, TV (didn't use). That's all. Bathroom was small like Japanese one in one person apartments. It means it was a plastic module with water closet, shower, washstand, mirror, power outlet. It's small but high person like me (187cm) didn't have any issue and didn't feel claustrophobic. In bathroom I got 2 towers, liquid soap, 2-3 plastic cups, toilet paper. Again, super minimalistic so better wash and dry your hair before sleep and take your own shampoo and cosmetics if you don't want to use only liquid soap or buy it from shop nearby. Anyway, it was really comfy room to rest after whole day. If you only need clean bed and shower then it's perfect room for you.
Location
Big E.Leclerc shop is next door and you will buy everything you need there. Many restaurants around. But still it's not in Paris. It's in 3rd communication zone of Paris metropolitan area. To get to Paris you have go to RER station (Gare de Gennevilliers, 350m from hotel) and buy ticket for 2.8€ or go to metro station (Asnières – Gennevilliers – Les Courtilles, 1500m from hotel) and buy ticket for 1.9€. It takes around 30-40 minutes to get to city center. Remember to use SNCF mobile app to get around this complex transportation system.
What can be better?
Staff can be more proactive and give welcome set of information where is breakfast, closest restaurant, shop, public transport station, WiFi password. If you ask, they will tell you that all but in my opinion it's necessary starter pack to quickly adapt to new location. There is also issue with stability of WiFi signal on 3rd floor, it sometimes is just lost for short period. I guess that there is something which interfere because when signal is available then strength and speed is awesome.
