We got after 5pm tickets to Futuroscope, bought tickets online day before we went. The park was very quiet but it was end of August. We had 5 hours wandering around with no queues for the rides or cinemas. It is a relaxed park with plenty of shade and bean bags to rest on. I think there were dog/cat kennels outside, you can take your own picnic, well we did. Tip would be to buy your carpark ticket on arrival as the queues on leaving were long. Plenty of hotels and fast food places available outside. It isn't a thrill seekers theme park but it was a great family half day out.

I think this park could be superb if it wasnt so crowded. We went there on a Thursday morning in August, it was 34 degrees and very very hot. It was overwhelmingly crowded. Earlier on the queues were about 45 minutes, which is tolerable. But by lunchtime, the queue time had gone up considerably. We joined a queue for a round the world 4D thing - it lasted 1 hour 40 minutes. The single longest queue I was ever in for an attraction. They were spraying water on people towards the end as it was so hot and stifling. While the attraction was about 4-5 minutes of magic, the experience sapped us of any will to do another attraction, and we gave up soon afterwards.
So, far far too busy and too hard, but if each attraction queue was half hour or so, this park could be something special.
I would not recommend it to anyone during any peak period. I felt it was a day wasted of our precious holiday time, and it wasnt cheap.

We visited the park in August 2018 and it was very crowded with about one hour waiting time for almost all attractions. The app did not really help because the waiting time never decreased during the all day.
Overall, we liked the organisation of the different shows (and the quality of Illusion). We loved the Lapins cretins and the formidable voyage. The other attractions were all similar: you watch a screen with your seat moving (or not). Note that there is no roller coaster and the different shows and movies are in French only.
The quality and availability of the food is poor (impossible to eat after 3pm).
Overall, we spend 12 hours in the park and manage to do all but 2 attractions but waited a lot of time.

Very, very disappointed and cannot in all honesty recommend. Very long wait for all attractions and ... restaurants (at least 45 mins each) for very short experience/participation. Many of the attractions are now very outdated. In addition to an expensive entry fee, parking is now also payable. Will not consider again.

We are a family with kids age 8 & 12 & we’re driving to the south of France and stayed in the Novotel on our journey.
We entered the park late at 8pm for only 10 euros a head and we had a fabulous time. Just wish we had spent the day instead!
The kids managed a couple of small rides in the children’s area before we tried a couple of main attractions , the around the world simulator was incredible! And we then caught the main show before heading back. We had translators but they didn’t work very well, although the show was so mesmerising it didn’t matter that much. Thanks Futuroscope for a brill eve
