The area where this hotel is situated is going downhill fast - grass growing on the pavements! ... and the hotel felt drab and a bit sorry for itself.
Reception was helpful - not difficult, because the hotel was virtually empty on a Saturday night in October. Certainly, no sign of hordes of Futuroscope visitors!
It is certainly possible to walk to Futuroscope from here, and thus avoid the parking charges: but it takes 30 mins each way, and is a miserable and unsafe walk, involving crossing under the dual carriageway N10 by means of an underpass designed without any pedestrian path, just for traffic accessing Futuroscope or the Centre Commercial.
The restaurant in the hotel next door only offered one menu, take it or leave it, at €17.50. Drinks extra! We left it.
There is an Asian buffet 15 minutes walk away, (or a two-minute drive), but the queue was out of the door, 20 long, at 2015h. The restaurant was seething. We left that, too.
We like to stroll to dinner, and this is quite impossible from this hotel.
Hotel breakfast was OK but the dining room was too small even for the few people who were staying.
Good car park.
Frankly, the hotel itself is OK, but its location cancels any attraction it might have. Not recommended.More
