The service above all stands out. Professional, attentive, friendly and efficient; rarely do you see a restaurant in France where two waiters stand watching the tables at all times to see if a client requires anything. It is a little pricey, but then so is every beach restaurant in the South of France, and this one delivers good, well presented dishes and an excellent range of local wines. The only thing holding me back from giving five stars was the limited choice for vegetarians (unless you're a 'vegetarian' that eats fish), so salad it was... but a good one and so impressively presented that it caught the eyes of the carnivores at the other tables. Well worth a visit.
