A French Country Inn on a very pleasant, uncrowded beach as another reviewer put it is right on. Stayed in room 9, first floor, right on the beach with beautiful views of the sea. The room was adequate in size and the A/C was excellent which is important because it was very hot and humid during the week we went. The staff ( including the two very pleasant and helpful girls working the front desk) and the owner, Annie, couldn't have been nicer. My wife and I hit every beach on the island and concluded that Flamands was second only to Columbier which you have to work to get to via a fun hike. Would I stay here again or recommend this place to friends and colleagues? Absolutely yes, especially for the tariff. Also, the restaurant on site, La Langouste, was very good. My wife had the grilled lobster which she was the best she ever had.
The only minor complaints are that the t.v. could have been larger and a few more programs in English would have been nice (enter free wifi and Netflix). Also the mosquitos on the back porch were brutal, especially in the morning. Went to pharmacy to buy bug repellant

This is a wonderful little hotel on one of the best beaches (in my opinion) in St. Barts. The rooms were clean and comfortable for the most part. My only complaint was that the bed was too hard for me, but that is a personal opinion. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially to those of us who are just learning to speak French.

Just got back from spending seven wonderful nights at this quaint hotel.
The quaintness almost makes it feel like an inn in the French countryside.
The location on one of the best beaches on the island can't be beat.
There's nothing like taking a few steps from your room to be on the beach!
The owner Annie, makes you feel so comfortable and welcome.
She is always there and you feel like you're in her "home."
The room we had was spacious and clean, great views from the terrace, which had
a kitchenette that came in handy.
We are already planning our next visit.

Room Tip: Pick a room with a sea view. Worth it!

Wonderful boutique hotel on the best beach on the island! Modern room with comfy bed, great shower. We stayed in a sea- front room which had a Nice balcony with kitchenette overlooking the beach. The beach is a few steps away. We felt right at home and enjoyed the welcoming hospitality if all who work at Baie des Ange hotel. The restaurant was fantastic. We had dinner there one night. Croissants in the morning were delicious! Hope to go back soon!

This is a very pleasant hotel which for St Barts is not that expensive. The room has a kitchen so we make quite a few meals ourselves. The produce is good in St Barts. There is a cute grocery shop in Flamandes so just like France, my husband went off to buy croisants every morning. The staff are very helpful. Flamandes is more peaceful than St Jean or Gustavia so it is a wonderful place to unwind. The restaurant is good too. Best lobster ever! It is on the most stunning beach I have ever been to. Will return next year

Room Tip: Book a room on the ocean
