The service was outstanding. Front desk and room cleaning was very friendly and helpful, the staff working the outside restaurant needs some training in communicating friendly with the guests. The bar staff was extremely helpful. We wanted two Cappuccinos very late at night, but the machine was giving them issues. We were sitting outside and waiting - the bar tender came numerous times and kept us informed of the progress; we got our Cappuccinos!
We would go there again next time we come to Lake Constance.

Disappointing given the price, limited service quality, and much more noisy than expected from the adverts, the choice was having the lake terrace with noise from bar and restaurant below the window or noise from the passing trains. Also, we had to leave one day earlier (after 3 nights spent) due to family issues but were still charged for the 4th night as "no show", which is a first in my experience, in most hotels 1 night is debited in case of cancellation but never in case of early departure (especially announced the day before).

Optimal location
Parking posibility expensive but very good. Friendly service at check-in with tips. Bike trip to isle of Mainau was advised adequately on the city map. Breakfast superb. We did not have our dinner in the hotel because we prefer local facilities.
