We stayed there for two days over weekend end of October 2016.
Our room was nice and spacy, the bed was very comfortable which ivery important for me. Breakfast was excellent.
Additionally we got top recommendations for restaurants and tours.

We stayed in the Ahrbella Ferienwohnung next to the hotel and I have to say that this was a brilliant idea. The rooms are spacious and exactly as they appear on the website. The location of the accommodation was very good as well, just across the road from the train station - which does not disturb you at all. The "tourist tax" you pay on arrival is actually really good value as you get a Gastekart which allows, among other things, free travel on the local train and bus lines and discounted entrance to local amenities. There is a bakers a few minutes away and the Banhofsstuben is just across the road if you don't fancy walking any distance for some good food, although the walk - even to Ahrweiler - is not that long and a good way to work off the effects of your meal! There is no parking attached so you need to use the pay facility next to the train station but €3 per day is not too bad, just allow for this in your budgeting. all in all this is a great place to stay with easy access to the walks and cycle trails in the area and I can't wait until we return next year

Hotel Ahrbella is located opposite of the train station in Bad Neuenahr, which is not the most interesting and quiet part of town. The hotel itelf is well kept and very clean. Staff is very frienly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and have a well equipped. OK beds, nice bathroom. Rooms at the road side are noisy (with open window anyway). Breakfast is world class.

We had to visit a nearby clinic and did not know what to expect of a place we had never heard of before. But, what a pleasant surprise. The room was quite comfortable, the staff very pleasant, the breakfast excellent and the decoration of an exquisite taste. Furthermore, Bad Neuenahr and Arweiler are lovely places and we enjoyed walking by the river, as well as their beautiful spa.

Room tip: Our room was at the end of the corridor on the ground floor, very quiet and pleasant, overlooking a beautiful garden.

This is a reasonably comfortable 3 star hotel in front of the train station, which make it a great place to stay if you want to walk the "Rotweinwanderweg". This 36 kilometer walk in the northernmost redwine district of Germany is very interesting if you like to combine walking with visiting great spatburgunder-estates. The hotel itself offers cheap and clean rooms with a good breakfast. And a nice and comfortable lounge to taste the wine you bought during your walk. The biggest con of the hotel is the noisy air-system in the bathroom, which will continue for 15 minutes after leaving the bathroom, which is especially irritating at night. Apart from that, breakfast is the only thing to eat in the whole hotel.
