We found this place not like your usual PremierInn. I had read about tired rooms, but not the case up to usual standard and staff most helpful.
We did like the spiral stairs and Halloween decor. It is a good base for Weston-super-Mare.We will be coming back

Stayed here for 2 nights with partner and what a nice place ,would of been better if sunny, very quiet even though its only a few hundred meters from the A38,not your normal concret building, staff brilliant.Used as a base to visit cheddar gorge wells cathedral and clarkes village.

Positives: Staff are friendly and nice rooms. Plenty of free parking.

Negatives were dirty bowls and cups for breakfast which to be fair were changed immediately on request.

Brewers Fayre restaurant next door (used for breakfast) in need of modernisation and very cold in the morning.

We travelled from Bristol and stayed over night for a wedding at Rookery Manor. Very friendly, helpful staff. clean, comfy rooms and good food in restaurant for lunch/breakfast. My only moan would be that the taxi company recommended for our journey to wedding venue over charged us and didn't turn up for our return journey back to hotel. We told staff when we eventually returned and they removed cards from the desk and were extremely apologetic.

We had one night here before an early morning flight. I read alot of reviews and was always put off about staying at this one due to bad reviews but since the hotel has had a refurb they did change and were mostly good.
We were not disappointed with the room. New and clean typical to all the newer premier inns.
Friendly check in and were allocated a room I had requested so all good.
We are in the restaurant that evening and although the service and food was very good the restaurant really needs a refurb. Sticky floors and tables and looks shabby but luckily the food was good.
Would stay in the hotel again
