I stayed here with fellow students to do fieldwork around the Pembrokeshire coast area for a week in March 2011. Right beside the beach, it was a good location for what we needed. There are a variety of sizes of bedrooms - ours was a five bed and had an en-suite. The room was a little cramped but I wouldn't complain about it because we spent little time there apart from sleeping. Rooms are accessed with key cards though we weren't able to have a card each. We had two between five of us. Can't speak on value for money since it was subsidised by the university anyway. We did have a problem with the catering though. There are a lot of options available - provided you have no dietary requirements. I and a few others do, and though we informed the hostel in advance, nothing was provided for us so we were stuck with very bland, basic food which was definately not good value for money.
