I was lucky enough to spend 5 days at Casa Del Falco this spring. The location really is brilliant, it is removed enough to feel completely secluded, but close enough to local villages and towns not to make the experience difficult or draining. The casa itself is simple, but again that's what makes the place so charming and it allows you to properly relax in a simpler way of life.
I would thoroughly recommend a stay, especially at that price.
Amazing property with stunning views. Particularly enjoyed having bbqs on the patio and the pizza oven was an unexpected bonus. The surrounding area was serene and beautiful, with mountains to climb or gorgeous, historic towns to visit. Perfect 5 day break from work, 10/10 would stay again.
Absolutely stunning scenery. Not the easiest place to get to but that's what makes this place so special, not another house in sight. Ideal place to get away from the world and relax in one of the most picturesque locations I've ever been.

Lovely holiday home in the middle of Italian countryside. Short drive from supermarkets and local towns and villages, though I was quite happy sitting on the patio with a view of snow covered mountains.
Travelled here with a group of friends in early May 2015. The villa is in a very rural location with breathtaking views over Abruzzan countryside onto snow capped mountains behind. There is a national park a couple of hours away which made a great day out, but the main attraction of this place to me was the peace and tranquility. Ideal for a group looking for a place to themselves to enjoy the joys of rural Italy.
