The place is just adorable! The beach is fantastic and really huge, so you can have your privacy, no matter how many people are there. The pool is gorgeous as well.
The complex is really cute and good managed, everything was just fine. The only minus we found there is the quality of the food and drinks, but it was kind ok as well, even there was no such variety and for a week stay there was no sea food served.
Anyhow the place is fantastic and we will be back next year!:)

I have to agree with everything Ivo G from Sofia stated in his review. We stayed from July 28th though Aug 11th.

Food is the same everyday. No fruits besides the cheapest water melons around. Everything to drink was watered down. Even the coffee, Pepsi, milk, ... The second week we started to eat outside the resort. Luckily there were fine restaurants in Nikiti and a Mazoutis supermarket. An OK Gyroteka is in Pyradikia close by. There you can always find guests of Assa Maris fed up with the food choices in the hotel. We felt pity with the guests that arrive by plane and had no car and were therfore stuck with the hotel food.
The rooms are standard for old greek hotels. Also equipped with cheap furniture. The bathing room needs new plumbing, and is not up to any international standard.
It is very sad that this is such because the setting of the hotel is perfect for families and the service is generally OK. In the restaurant we had a very friendly host. The beach is spacious and not crowded like many other places on Sithonia nowadays. The outside of the resort is nicely taken care of. There are tennis courts. So the later made for a nice vacation had there not been the hefty price and the issues with the food.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the beach is very good as well as the hotel garden. It really looks as a heaven and this could be a very good premises for nice vacation if we had at least minimum level of service and we did not face the typical "Greek All inclusive". We did not expect miracles at all when we made reservations but the so called "all inclusive" really exceeded our worst expectations. Get prepared for some bad experience when you approach the restaurant: one and the same food for whole week, don't even think during your stay about fish or any other fruits than water melon. None is changing the table mats during the whole dinner. The restaurant (inside & outside) is non stop attacked by army of flies, when you leave your plates on the table, you need mandatory to cover it with a napkin and not leave it open even for 30 sec (imagine the trays with food from where you take your portion !!!) The rooms do not have ceiling lamp (except the 2 table lamps). There is no any protection on the windows and really army of mosquito are attacking you during the night so that you should sleep behind closed windows and the night really becomes a nightmare. Advertised free wi-fi is problematic in long periods of time. It is really pity to see that such paradise place (as location, beach etc) can be managed so bad....

The hotel and the location are great. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are big and clean. There is a big and well maintained pool. The only bad thing is the food. It is tastless and a bit overvooked.

The best by far.
I was looking for a place that had the best view and accommodations. Fortunately this was it. Not only was the view the most magical scene, but the staff where of a 7 star hotel.
The menu, the drinks the atmosphere, a big congratulations to the owners of this hotel to which our family will be returning to. Angelos, the head of the restaurant was extremely helpful and resourceful for any of our inquiries. The food tasted and looked fresh every day.
The rooms are extremely economical. Gorgeous décor and well balanced vibrant. I will be uploading pictures of my stay.
As a matter of fact my fiancé and I are in talks with management to have are wedding there. Judging from a previous venue this will be extraordinary. 100+ stars for this hotel. Will come back often!!!
