Well what can I say. Fresh pasta with fresh shaved truffle. To die for. Followed by fillet of beef cooked to perfection and sliced at the table with fresh seasoned vegetables of the region. Then a zabaione dessert. Wine with the meal and regional cheese before dessert "fantastic".If you are in this region,a place people who appreciate good food should not miss.
