Chef Kirby is a ripper,
He demands quality and it shows. I stayed there for over a week and the meals I managed to get through were all of equal freshness and quality.

Fresh daily seafood, trust me I watched it delivered every day. The seafood platter, blackened Mahi mahi, garlic prawns, grilled squid is sensational.
Or the blackened mahi mahi alone with lovely mash.
Blue marlin ceviche....I was in peru 2 months ago and Kirby your ceviche was delish.
Simple fried calamari also goes a treat.
A backpackers bowl is similar to a Nasi goreng and tasty.
The Veggie burger was excellent as to was the works burger.
Oh the rib eye surf n turf... oh Lordy me... tender beef cooked to perfection.
This place was a big part of me doing a visa extension, I'm still on the Island and still go back for Kirby's treats.
Sam's cocktails are great the owner just needs to get a beer fridge just for beer as it's not the coldest and Aussies love a frosty beer after a hot sweaty day.
