Popped in for the first time last night as we are new to the area and fancied Asian food. Place was busy and had a real buzz. We were met with a nice warm welcome and told that you pay a set price and eat as much as you like. Can’t be bad :-) All the food was lovely and some different dishes I’d never heard of. All round great experience and I will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Went here on a weekday with work colleagues. It was great and they managed to cater for all of us. Food was great and lots of choice. Restaurant is very nice and comfortable inside as well. Would definitely go again

Now E&O is a nice looking restaurant, but when you look closely it is quite grubby, certainly worn at the edges, the carpet in particular. Without doubt the styling is more over the top than your average local Chinese, and there are some nice features around the room.
Although for us dining out is about more than a nice looking room, our experience has to also feature good service and quality food, and that is where E&O is a bit erratic.
When we arrived the place was busy and although there were several unoccupied tables we were keep waiting whilst they cleared and relaid a table in the section they wanted us to sit in. During that time we felt quite ignored as various staff simply got on with stuff whilst we stood near their reception desk, which is really in the wrong allocation as it is to near the bar.
Anyway we did get a table which was okay, although the chairs are really simple and uncomfortable ( hard wood ). The service then got better, we had the lovely Nana look after us and she was very pleasant with a fun character.
The menu here is large, and although they do have A la Carte pricing we were dining on the £20.95 per head eat as much as you like option, Now there are some sensible restrictions to this ( to avoid waste ) a table can only order 8 items at any one time, So we ordered a selection of starters, followed by extra portions of the one we liked most.
Then we had the Crispy Duck course which was excellent, with plenty of Duck for the four of us. It was actually the main dishes that let the meal down. Our Char Sui was over cooked and dry, whilst the Thai Green Curries ( Chicken and Prawn ) were quite gloopy and just toooooo spicy for the average taste. We did enjoy a couple of other dishes and in fairness we could have ordered more items had we liked, but we had already eaten a lot and even passed on desserts.
Now E&O is never going to offer the best food ever eaten, as it is really a busy place that focuses on value for money, and that they achieve easily.
If you fancy a load of reasonable food, in a nice atmosphere at a reasonable price then E&O is the right place for you.

We went on Saturday with a couple of friends for dinner. When we got there the place was heaving fortunately I had booked well in advance. It was the Saturday before Mothering Sunday and there were also a number of birthday parties so the atmosphere was very good. The food was, as usual, excellent, each dish was freshly cooked and the service better than we expected considering how full the place was. Our waiter and waitress were very friendly, helpful and attentive.
My only criticism is the state of the rear car park but I don't know if that is E&O's responsibility but it certainly needs sorting quickly

It’s the first time I have been to this restaurant in Westfield Woking even though I have been to the sister restaurant in Chobham but decided to go here for a change after reading the reviews about the service at Chobham and wanted a change , The night we went was the Chinese New Year so it was very busy and noisy but if it’s busy it a good sign the food is good which it was , to be honest I could just eat the mixed starters and leave the main course as there so tasty .

We had to wait some time to get served but not surprising as it was so busy but an early drink would have kept us busy while waiting for the rest of the party ,yes I would go back but not a Saturday and not a table in the centre of the restaurant, The set price menus is good value but gets expensive when you add on drinks puddings and coffees
