This hotel has 80% repeat business, and you can see why - Delphine and David provide a personal and welcoming stay to all their guests in a comfortable and well-run small hotel.
The rooms are simple, very clean, and comfortable.
There is an inviting bar with a log fire for those apres-ski wind-down discussions (or apres-walking, in the summer). Prices are very reasonable.
The food is fixed menu, with soup, main course, cheese and desert. The food is well cooked and delicious, with good portion sizes. Wine list is reasonably priced.
Breakfast was superb - a machine to squeeze your own orange juice, fresh fruit, fresh baguettes, croissants, pain au chocolat, toast, delicious home-made jams, yoghurt, ham, cheese and properly cooked scrambled eggs ! A great way to set up the day !
The hotel includes a heated outdoor swimming pool - during our stay it was almost bath-temperature at one stage, with snow falling on our heads. The route to the pool takes you through the ski room, but that was never a problem. There is a small sauna and a gym area, also downstairs.
More than anything this is a welcoming friendly hotel, with the emphasis on a personal approach from the owners. They are very helpful and prepared to go the extra distance to ensure that their guests have a good time.If there are any problems, they will sort them out generously.
Highly recommended - but please don't book it until I have reserved my place for next year

Room Tip: some rooms have a bathtub, the majority have a shower - you need to ask

We stayed at Fleur des neiges for the second time last week whilst snowboarding in the area. It's a lovely little hotel, mainly because of the personal service given by David and Delphine and they're staff. Great location and rooms, lovely wood-burner in the bar. Good "hearty" meals to fill up on at the end of the day (especially the soups). David couldn't have been more helpful when my boyfriends rented snowboard and boots were stolen. This could have been a real down point in our holiday, but thanks to David's help we were able to get on with things and it hardly affected our holiday at all. We'll definately be back.

A ski party of 10 includiing three children spent the first week of 2012 in this hotel, and all loved it. Comfortable, friendly, client-orientated, warm bar, great food, heated swimming pool, sauna, table-tennis, pool. They will drive you to the tele-cabin, even though it is only a shortish walk.
The best family hotel we have stayed in.

Room Tip: Specify twin or double bed. If you have two children, the room for four with bunk beds is perfect.

A friend and I (both 30) visited Chalet Hotel Fleur des Neiges to ski and celebrate my birthday in February 2011, and loved every minute. The hotel is one of those rare finds that has been in the same family for generations, and where every little touch has been thought of, such as not one, but three types of home baking waiting for us when we arrived back from the piste each day. The highlights were the 5* meals, friendly, down-to-earth owners and the perfect relaxed-but-professional atmosphere. Can't wait to book again!
*PS the only reason I gave it 4/5 for location, was because I didn't think you'd believe me, if I put 5/5 for everything! It's in a great spot.. just 5 minutes walk from the two main lifts

This was our second time to this hotel, and are returning again in 2011. . My sister and family came for a meal during our stay in 2009, and booked to go to the hotel this year with us and again 2011. It is very good value for money. Service is friendly, David and Delphine and their staff are geat , friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble for them, eg, gave us lifts to and from the ski lifts , although they are not that far away. The food is good, and plentyful, but they do struggle if you are vegatarian, as one of our party was. It is very atmospheric and tradional looking, and a great evening is spent in front of the log fire. You have to let David and Delphine know if you want to use the pool / sauna to ensure it is heated, which can be a `pain ` if you forget! But that is my only criticism. A lot of the other guests that we met were people returning. We feel that we have found a `little gem`.

We stayed at the Fluer de Neige hotel over a long weekend. The rooms are pleasent, comfortable and clean. The food was excellent, five course meal every day, each course was just fantastic. Breakfast was wonderful with buffet hot and cold choices so you can fill up before your day out.

Storage underneath the hotel for boards / skis. Games room for a bit of pool and table tennis (if you can find a circular ball!). The bar was also very reasonable price for drinks.

All in all we had a great weekend in large part to the great accomodation. We are going back next year.

They also offer free lift on their mini bus to the bottom of the ski lifts.

Fantastic to have wireless internet access through the hotal too.

Didn't make use of the pool....
