This hotel is amazing. Firstly the location is the best in Morzine, right next to the ski lift or you can ski down to it if you prefer.

Next the views are stunning as its perched quite high up and facilities are impeccable both room and spa, pool etc.

But the real highlight is the staff. They are all incredible. Ever ready to please. They look after you like you are family.

Congratulation Champs Fleuris, hotels should be emulating the experience you offer.

Amazing! Great access to the slopes. Staff were attentive and very welcoming! Food.. well.. from breakfast (all you can eat and anything you want) .. to evening 5 course meal..everything was beautiful. Rooms have balconies and ensuite! The spa with steam room, sauna and jacuzzi pool were a heavenly treat to soothe my aching body! Downstairs (don't worry..there's a lift for us newbies that struggle walking down stairs in ski boots) to the secure lockers for all your kit. Loved it xx will definitely be visiting again. Thank you for making a rather daunting experience, one to remember xx

Stayed at the Champs in mid-March and whilst the snow conditions could have been slightly better, our stay at the hotel more than made up for it. The rooms were clean and of a good size, the service was always proficient and the option of sliding into the spa at the end of the day make this a great option for your stay in Morzine!

We've just spent a week at this hotel and had great expectations based on the Inghams description, hotel website and the many glowing reports on trip advisor. Our stay overall was good... can you feel a BUT coming on?
We booked a superior room and didn't get one of the lovely contemporary ones always shown. Sadly ours was small with two single beds pushed together that kept coming apart (careful how you go there), naff carpet, a stained bed cover, no seating area and a completely huge tv that was just too big. The bathroom and separate loo were modern but the towels were tiny and really old and rough.
The public areas are very good and there are plenty of places to sit. The family/staff are friendly and efficient. The food quality in the hotel is OK. Dinner choice is varied with lots of courses. Have dinner in the downstairs area it's way nicer than upstairs. Breakfast wasn't a nice experience, we had to wait for tables to be cleared, no full cutlery on the table, hot choice very limited and luke warm, everyone touching and cutting their own bread, limited fruit choice.
Hotel is in great location for ski lift and town.

Room Tip: Be sure what room you'll be getting before you book
