Just returned from 8 days of pure relaxation in this beautiful home in paradise. The pictures do not do it justice. Located short drive from the airport and a few miles from Clarence Town, this home is right on the beach in a protected bay. The water is so blue and clear you can see to the bottom even in the middle of the bay. We were able to walk the beach and pick shells to our hearts desire. The home is so cozy and comfortable with lots of room to relax. The views are astounding and it has a huge walk around ocean view deck off the house and the guest apartment. You can wake to the ocean and listen to the waves all night. We used the kayaks in the bay and biked to town. The custodian of the house was a great help and became our personal tour guide since we didn't rent a car. He took us 2 days all over the island to see the best sites, thank you Ernest! Groceries were pricey and the fresh produce comes to the island on Wednesday so plan accordingly. There were some insects, one night of no see ems but it's the Caribbean so you expect this in the tropics. The people are so friendly...we wish we could go back next week!
