Positive
1. Fantastic place - Away from humdrum of automobiles and skyrises, sufficient tranquility and greenery for attaining physical and mental rejuvenation. Rooms equipped with mosquito/ animal nets and routine products.
2. Facilities - Equipped with most of the required resources (swimming pool, restaurant, jungle paths, football and badminton court, etc.).
3. Service - Polite and courteous behaviour of the staffs (even though language barrier can be an issue with the housekeepers).
Negative
1. Careful of the animals - Leech-bites are prevalent if ventured into the grass, or the natural pool. Flies, beetles can fly inside room. Monkeys are not to be poked.
2. Absence of walkable/jogging path - Due to the pathways made of concrete slabs in the entire campus, robust footwear is preferred. Difficult to walk barefoot anywhere.
3. Overpriced - (Personal experience) Based on their exorbitant package price (Vythri Premium Haven) a nominal complimentary service like a cup of tea was expected to be provided for driver/ friend who drops you in the resort that too without the resort location, which was supposed to be sent via whatsapp from the hotel side.
