We were driving back to Bantry after driving the Ring of Kerry and our 18 year old daughter asked us to stop on a whim. We are SO glad we did! All 4 kids loved it (9-18 years old) as did my wife and I. The video gives great history, the animals are a hoot and the views are striking. The structures have been restored/maintained magnificently. We recommend this highly if you find yourself driving this road. The shop has excellent wares for sale as well. If you don't have boots, don't stray off the paths though - it gets muddy.

A favourite stop off for lovely freshly baked scones and great coffee. In a beautiful scenic setting, Molly gallivans is the real deal as traditional Irish Home, with excellent value gift shop. Hosts cultural evenings, storytelling, an authentic Irish experience.

Such a lovely treat. We came here for lunch and a tour and it was absolutely delightful. The owner is charming, the food is amazing(literally the best vegetable soup and apple strudel I’ve ever eaten ) And Ice never encountered such friendly farm animals before:)

Molly Gallivans Cottage a delightful stop along the Irish road rich with hillside views, hospitality and the history of an Irish mother and her family and friends. This is a must see place of love. We liked the farm walk behind the cottage and took a camera, definitely shopped for woollens and had a cup of tea and cookie. Next time we hope to enjoy the music and history talk as time was limited then.
