As guests at a wedding taking place in Dingle, we chose to stay here for the weekend.

From the moment we arrived we felt that we were in a special place, not only because of the warm welcome we recieved from Cameron, but because of the genuine pride that exuded from him as he showed us to our luxurious room. Every detail was perfect..... from the rich, highly polished wood furnishing, to the spotless, well eqiupped bathroom, not to mention the bed with it's crisp sheets and masses of fluffy pillows and cushions. The view was stunning, looking out to the sea and beyond.
Breakfast is wonderful with fresh, homemade breads and pastries, omelettes to die for, fish of the day, beautifully preparted, (full Irish if that's what you like), fresh fruit, juices etc., and "the most fantastic porridge" ever!!!!!
Cameron's son is a chef who serves the finest food you are ever likely to eat. We were fortunate enough to dine in his restaurant, located in the guesthouse, on the night we arrived. I hope this venture takes off for him, otherwise Ireland will be losing one of the best chefs it has ever produced.
This entire establishment has to be experienced to truely appreciate what it's all about. While interior designers can make a place look beautiful, they cannot provide a soul. I believe that Cameron and his family are responsible for the decor here, and this really shows in all the little extra touches.
But above all, it's the warmth of the welcome and the genuine hospitality of people who believe in the quality of the service they provide, that makes Heatons stand out on all levels. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to friends, family and anybody looking for Irish hospitality at it's very best.

Room Tip: All rooms are equally good.

We stayed at the guesthouse for four days this March. The reviews did not steer us wrong as the guesthouse was very lovely. The owners were beyond nice, friendly and helpful. Everyone at the guesthouse was extremely nice and friendly. The only reason I am not rating five stars is that the internet was out during the weekend we were staying there, which did inconvenience us as we had to find alternate access to internet due to work commitments. The breakfast was incredible and the views from the hotel and breakfast room were breathtaking. There was fresh fruit, home made breads and scones, cheese, yogurt, cereal, meat plate, which was all delicious. They had so many breakfast options to order- anything from an Irish breakfast, ommlettes, waffles, etc. It was one of the best breakfasts I have had. The guesthouse was a 5 minute walk to the harbor and an 8 minute walk into the town, it was a perfect walk back after dinner and a few pints in town! We reserved a Junior Suite and were not disappointed at all. We had a sea view room and and it was very lovely watching the sun set over the hills and dingle bay from our room. The room was gorgeous and very spacious. The updated bathroom had a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. We were glad we stayed at the Heaton's Guesthouse.

I stayed at this guesthouse for the third time last weekend with my boyfriend. We booked a deluxe room which was fantastic, lovely king size bed and large bathroom with separate shower and bath tub. The best thing about Heatons in my view is the breakfast. I had fresh cod and my boyfriend had porridge with drambuie..fantastic. Returning again in March.

We stayed one night in this lovely guesthouse next to the sea. We totally enjoyed the stay. We had a warm welcome from Cameron, he brought us to our room with view to the Dingle bay where we had a great view. The room is big and very clean. The bathroom is really modern and everythink is in there. The house itself is decorated with love and reall stylish. One of the best things is the breakfast. There is a buffett where we first thought "What a nice buffet" but the we recognized that it is only the addition to the breakfastmenue you can order. This has a range from Irish breakfast, pancakes, omlettes,...
The town centre is 10 minutes to walk. If you are in Dingle take the chance to explore this nice guesthouse.

We stayed at Heaton's as our last trip away before the birth of our first child. Cameron was very welcoming and brilliant throughout, the room was fantastic, the breakfast was amazing and Dingle was the perfect relaxation weekend we needed. The area has the most friendly locals we have ever met, and the seafood restaurants in the town were among the best we have ever had the pleasure of dining at. Thanks again.

This is just a fabulous place to stay in Dingle. It's wonderful. Beautiful rooms and great food. there is a huge choice on the breakfast menu and the evening meals are to die for. The food looks so good on the plate that we took a photo of it. The couple that run this 6 Star guesthouse are really lovely and warm. We had a great time and will be back very very soon.

We stayed for two nights at Heaton's and it was absolutely stunning. The room was spotless and luxurious, overlooking the bay. Heaton's was like a home from home (in a good way.)
Breakfast was something else - with Cameron's special porridge with sugar, cream and alcohol that properly sets you up for the day. It feels more like a hotel than a B&B in terms of the level of service and it seems to be a truly family business, with the couple's son working as chef, for example. The bathroom was great. The hotel is ideally located if you want to tour the peninsula (which we did, visiting the place where Ryan's Daughter was filmed.)
The town itself has a good choice of pubs and restaurants which are all within walking distance. We only had breakfast at Heaton's but it was delicious.
