Neil the host was kind and accommodating. His wife Pat greeted us with home baked bread.
The house was well equipped, clean and in a great location. Easy drive to Dingle and Ventry. We spent many days out exploring the beautiful landscape. And enjoyed the music at the pubs in Dingle.
My only complaint is how expensive and inefficient the internet was. 70 euros for less then 3 weeks. Be aware to not stream videos or skype or you will run out of internet usage quickly. This was unclear to me until a after a few days of our trip. There is a hard drive box with movies to watch on tv that Neil mentioned to me a few days after the trip began. If you don't mind tuning out of internet time then this won't be a problem. But just know that internet is expensive and limiting. Otherwise the house was wonderful, clean in a beautiful location.
One other minor recommendation is a few more personal touches to decor, art and especially rugs for coolness of the weather.

We stayed here in September (extended family plus two kids) and we were all delighted with everything! Beautiful clean and warm house, comfy beds, gorgeous big showers, spacious kitchen and living area and a lawn outside. It was so quiet, off the beaten track, we all slept like logs! Couldn't have asked for more.
The location is perfect especially if you have a car, we had 3 cars and it was just a few minutes drive from dingle, so we took scenic drives, visited ventry beach, dingle aquarium and ate in the nearby 'Skipper' restaurant in ventry.
The owner was so helpful with any requests I had, and had left little helpful things in the house for us (like dishwasher tablets, a little cake, wash-up liquid etc ) that you wouldn't get in any other rental house!
Thank you Neil, we would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here Easter 2014 and liked it so much we stayed here again for Easter this year. Absolutely fabulous house in a great location. Great people to deal with. Can't recommend it highly enough really
