Lovely restaurant on Main Street. Had a very good, reasonably priced meal on New Years Day. Very pleasant owner happy to explain the dishes. My fish dish was perfect. My partner likes her meat very well done, & that is often a problem As some places won't cook it sufficiently. Not so here. Cooked exactly as ordered. Good beed on draft, & extensive wine list including half bottles. The Eton Mess desert was also exactly as it should be with fresh fruit & crispy meringue.

we had a delicious meal here right next door to our hotel , very welcoming host and friendly staff , the crab claws in garlic butter were lovely , my wife had oven baked salmon ,perfectly cooked , we can highly recommend a visit thank you Lord bakers for a wonderful evening ,,

we had travelled all around Ireland and this restaurant had THE BEST CHOICE and VALUE we had come across ,and of course its a family Restaurant a LOCAL COUPLE at last a restaurant that gives you real choice from crab claws, mussels, oysters, smoked salmon, prawns, scampi ,lamb, chicken, duck, steaks, fresh fish too many to mention, and all reasonably priced, we had dined in some of the so called best in Ireland Dublin and Kerry but the choice was limited and pricey, our group of Doctors all said that this was the best and we will return Thank You Lord Bakers for a wonderful evening ,,,,

Simply delicious , great atmosphere and service and food , John and his wife Maureen are excellent hosts , great selection of seafood I had sole on the Bonner fantastic and wine selection the wine of the mouth was a French cabernet Bordeaux excellent :::))))

we had a delightful meal here, lovely cozy restaurant ,I had a wonderful shank of lamb slow cooked , my brother had a delicious plate of crab claws in garlic butter ,finger licking stuff, and my wife had a beautifully cooked oven baked salmon yummy !!!! we will be back thank again to John and Maureen for a fantastic restaurant experience
