We stayed one night at Maple Tourist on the way home to Toronto after a 2 week vacation in Newfoundland. We had a good night’s sleep and breakfast was quite delicious the next morning.

There is a gorge just a few minutes away which is worth visiting if passing through Grands Falls.

Great hospitality, wonderful breakfast, comfortable room with large private bathroom. Even has bathrobes. We stayed in the Iris room.
Great location, walking distance to restaurants, town centre , the falls and gorge for hiking. Friendly, helpful host. Breakfast made to order with lots of fresh, homemade items. We only stayed 1 night but would highly recommend this B& B.

We were traveling from Ottawa to Alma, NB and decided to stay in Grand Falls rather than the more common stop of Edmundston. We were happy that we did.

The Maple Tourist B&B was a great find! We had a quaint room, one of three, I believe. All rooms have a private washroom. The place was absolutely spotless, not a speck of dirt or dust anywhere!! The decor was quaint and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The host was welcoming and informative and served an excellent breakfast.

This will be our preferred lodgings if we make this trek again.

We stopped at the Maple Tourist Home on our drive home from Nova Scotia. Rachel was a pleasant host, who has a clean and reasonably comfortable property. Breakfast was substantial, and Rachel accommodated my gluten-free requirements.

The only issue we had with our room was that the en-suite toilet was located in what appears to be a converted closet, which made it a little cramped. However, the room was clean, the bed comfortable, the shower/bathtub regulation size, and water hot.

In all, a reasonably comfortable stop after a long day's driving.

Really nice B&B. Wenwere kind of late, not aware of the time zone change from Quebec to NB. The room Romeo and Julia had anything you need - the breakfast was awesome and Rachel such an attentive and gracious host. Arriving late and still feeling comfortable @ home - well done Rachel!
