Handy location to walk into town and good parking outside the front door. Reception was efficient and friendly, The rooms were clean though the net curtains were very grey. Why are the beds twin, made up as doubles? very continental. If booked as twin why are they presented as doubles? Bathrooms clean and they have a magnifying mirror. This is now important to me. For dinner on Friday night I had salmon as main course and it was very good. The house Sauvignon Blanc was good and reasonable at 18 euros. I enjoyed using the pool on Sunday morning, the gym was quiet too and one of my party enjoyed that too. Breakfast was not great, buffet with hot foods at different temperatures; not all kept hot enough but the selection was good. I had hot breakfast on the first morning but chose cold on the second- much better. Overall nothing special, handy for the area.

Stayed in the Radisson for one night with my husband. Hotel was ok but I would definitely not class it as a 4* hotel. Lunch in the bar area was nice but do not think I would stay here again. Quite expensive for a basic hotel I'm afraid

Stayed one night while on business in the area. It's your standard Radisson expereince and was OK. Staff helpful and friendly, but it was very quiet and lacked atmosphere. The bedroom I was allocated was looking a little shabby and you could hear music from the Gym below (though it did stop at 9.30pm). An OK stay, but quite expensive for what you get.

We arrived in Letterkenny on Fri 30th Dec and on finding hotel in middle of shopping area, wondered what we had let ourselves in for. However once we stepped through the door we were delighted to find a warm and welcoming atmosphere. From then until we left on Sunday everything from the friendly and helpful staff, food, rooms and service was first class. Never having spent New Year away from home before, we thoroughly enjoyed the weekend--especially the Gala Ball, and hope to return in the future.

Stayed in December just before Christmas so didn't expect it to be busy but it was particularly quiet, which makes these bigger Hotels less appealing when you're rattling around.
Not sure it was for a refurb. or just lack of business but Restaurant was closed, bar meals available until 9 PM.
Generally the Hotel was clean & comfortable but lacked a little character. Handy for the shops though.
Breakfast waitress was very good, polite, informative & friendly but I forgot her name.
