A very nice restaurant serving excellent set lunches (closed Wed and Thurs) at very reasonable prices (14 to 20 euros for 3 courses). Restaurant also open in the evening. A very pleasant place to eat, overlooking the River Auvezere. It is easy to drive past this restaurant and miss it completely as it is located at the very northern edge of the village of Cherveix Cubas. When coming into the village from the north it is on the right, immediately beyond a sharp right-hand bend in the D704 road. The turning to the car park is immediately after the restaurant, on the right. If you overshoot, it is worth turning around in the centre of the village and coming back! We have eaten here several times, both as a couple and as a group of friends and will certainly be back. It is worth saying that each time we have been, there has been something on the menu that a vegetarian could eat, and this is quite unusual in France.
