Car park at the top or bottom of the flight (if the bottom use the pub).
Can see many locks being operated and there are plenty of pubs and cafes.
Also a Museum to visit and you cansee the remains of the inclined plane.

Lovely on a summers day, walk and see the canal boats going through the locks up and down, have a tripod a canal boat, enjoy the pubs.

Great place for a relaxing walk, interesting viewing the locks. There was a pub there also but we had the dogs and it looked like we would of had to sit outside, it was a very chilly day so we kept on walking. Plenty of parking

Well worth spending time here to take in the history of the locks and canal culture, plus the beautiful scenery.

We came and they are rehabilitating the locks so there are bits you can see that you otherwise would not be able to see. I’ve been before and saw them working but to see the inner workings is fun too. Quite windy at the top though!
