    I was looking to host a new years party for 17 people. Not many cottages can do this. I have contacted the owner of this cottage and he was fast to respond. Cottage is modern, exceptionally clean, and fully-equipped! It is your second home! Close to beach! Ample of parking! Amazing to party in! Lots of bedrooms to fit lots of your friends.
