A little off the beaten track but the owners ensure you have explicit directions to find it.........and what a find. The room is huge........you could almost fit a single bed in the cupboard!....spotlessly clean and comfortable. The bathroom is equally as spacious. French doors lead to a patio area and a table and chairs are provided should you wish to sit outside. The property overlooks fields in front and the Wheal Busy Mine to the side. It's worth hopping over the field gate to explore the area a little more........especially as the sun sets behind the chimneys.
Absolutely no light pollution and no traffic noise to ensure a good nights sleep. A wonderful breakfast completes a warm and friendly stay.

What a fantastic find. Tucked away in the peaceful countryside yet only a few miles to Truro and both coasts. We felt very welcome and the room was lovely. Best part was our private entrance and the secluded location. Breakfast was to die for and Marie was the perfect hostess, thank you so much for everything, we will be back soon.

This is a gorgeous B&B, decorated beautifully, with exceptional service. We will definitely be back! The bed was comfortable, there was a cream tea on arrival, it was incredibly peaceful and breakfasts - I wish I had a bigger stomach. They were perfect and set us up for the day.

Best bed and breakfast I've ever had the pleasure of staying in.
The breakfast is to die for better than any 4 and 5 star hotel would provide .
Lisa the owner is one of the nicest people I've ever met a amazing lady who goes out of her way for her guests.
Hope to see you again soon if all people where like you the world would be a better place

What a fantastic 2 nights we had here! The wonderfully eccentric dining room was such a lovely surprise when we first went in and the food prepared by Lisa was better than any I have had at any hotel or B&B. You HAVE to try the Cornish breakfast and Lisa's sublime American style pancakes (so good I got the recipe from her although I doubt they'll be as nice). The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The location is also excellent if you want to travel around Cornwall. St Ives is 20 mins away, Perranport about the same, Padstow 45 mins. On departing I was also lucky enough to for Lisa to cut me some of her bay and rosemary which grows at the front of the conservatory. We can't wait to come back but will stay longer next time.....thank you Lisa (and Mike) for your wonderful hospitality xx
