Pub nicely set out with board games and magazines. Small outside area but it's been used to it's maximum so there are heaps of inside and outside tables. Looks great too. Dogs allowed.

We went for a special dinner with my family, including my Mum. Main courses of mussels and other dishes , lamb rump and veg. Both were pretty tasty. Lovely beer and wine.

Puddings - kids ordered brownies and ice cream etc. I had a crème brûlée which had a fab crunchy top but a single cream runny consistency underneath it. My husband had bread and butter pudding with a split custard, which was pretty horrible. Couldn't be bothered to complain as the pub had filled up punters. Doubt anything could have been done anyway....

Very impressed by the food, premises and friendly staff. This is set up as a restaurant/pub and offers a good menu. Parking is free in the village car park and is no distance away. My wife had the belly pork and I had the burger. Both were really tasty and well cooked. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and would certainly visit again when next in the area.

Tasty and very delicious food and huge portions. Lovely decor and ambience. Helpful and friendly staff. Board games for customers to play on rainy days. Overall, a fabulous lunch and a great experience. Would recommend..

Every year we come to Devon we put it into are schedule to come have dinner at the pub. The food is always yummy and original menus (not just the standard pub meals). Food lived up to are expectations once again when we visited last week and the staff as happy as ever

We did Sunday evening food. Good Sunday roast with great selection of well cooked veg and well-prepared roast. The fish specials were solid if not exciting. This was a cracking pub with excellent well kept beer and decent food. No pleasure in driving here and parking was yuk but worth a visit.

Thank tbody
