We had a very quiet room at the back of the hotel , there are no restaurant facilities but a lovely pub is just down the path and we had a nice meal there. Breakfast the next day was good too. Friendly staff who ensured we had a good stay

Up to the usual P Inn standards, nice room with all the facilities required for a comfy night including a decent bathroom.
Asian lady on reception (sorry, didn't get your name) was particularly pleasant and friendly, just what you need after a long drive so thanks for that.
Only issue here is the price - £79 for a night is just too much. This was the 3rd night on the trot I had stayed in Premier Inn's and Preston North was by far the most expensive but not the best room by a distance.
The Roebuck next door does the place no favours either, poor/slow service and small portions.
I was here about 15 months ago and wrote a similar review, nothing much seems to have changed apart from the great receptionist.

Booked a one night stay at this Travel Lodge
Warm welcome, friendly staff.
Clean, comfortable, spacious room
Nice location
Breakfast could have been better e.g. provision of fresh fruit
Would stay at Premier Inn Preston North again

This was the third time we have stayed here and once again a comfortable and efficient stay - for the first time I checked in online earlier in the day and it was extremely quick then just to pick up our key after such a long day.
Great breakfast too with a buffet or cooked breakfast option - it was very busy when opening at 8,00am on Saturday morning but the staff handled the influx very well.
Comfortable bed and a good night's sleep too!

Good location, with a nice canal side walk just over the road, ideal for stretching those car-weary legs. Our room was a little 'tired', the basin in the bathroom was cracked and the resident spider looked as if he had been there a while. Managed to get a lot of water on the bathroom floor, though unsure where it came from! Housekeeping need to clean down the side of the sofa/bed too. Only one bath and hand towel for 3 of us, which must have been an oversight, and no problem to ask for more, I'm sure. Staff friendly and plenty of car parking space. Breakfast taken in the Roebuck, just over the car park, which was fine. Would definitely stay here again. Nice to get the smell of cows from our window rather than exhaust fumes.
