Shopping & Restaurants , scenery and architecture buildings like you travel to Italy but it's here in Thailand.

A few hours from Bangkok up winding roads into the mountains of Na Di, Verona stands out like a sore thumb. If you like to shop and eat, this place is for you. Based on Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet" location Verona, Italy. But get this, there is an old American western theme also which is a bit strange; men in cowboy outfits riding around on horse back and shows through out the day are performed in an arena like area. Most of the store fronts are empty, and if you do not speak or read Thai, many of the restaurants do not have English menus. You need to find one that has photos and English sub text. I ate at one that was "German" themed which was again, odd as I am in a place in Thailand, that looks like Italy with an old west twist. There is a hotel located here but I did not stay. Stoping here as a tourist is pointless.

Kind of an Italian, European town replica with shops that were empty or closed. Nothing really go on but a few restaurants and small stores. Wasn't crowded at all. Some kind of Thai EMS training event going on today where they had stations set up for medical testing. Also some sort of movie or TV program being filmed. Couldn't access a few of the areas because of all of this. Glad it was free.
