Very clean and comfortable b&b, close to the airport making it suitable for transit accommodation. The breakfast and treats are generous while the hosts are friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

We have had 3 most enjoyable stays @ 95 on Roberts, convenient ( within walking distance of No Birds car hire ) , short distance to airport, great walks on river & park. Merrin & Ken are great hosts, rooms well appointed, comfortable & relaxing, with the lovely extra touches of home baked bread, jam & delicious treats.

My husband and I recently stayed at 95 on Roberts and couldn't fault the experience. Ken and Merrin were great hosts - available to provide advice but also respectful of our privacy. The facilities were all clean and new, and we felt very much at home with our own guest lounge to relax in stocked with books DVDs etc. The continental breakfast was lovely (freshly baked bread, fruit salad etc) as were the other goodies - cookies, chocolates, port. We would absolutely return to 95 on Roberts.
