Spotless, all possible devices available, even a few walks in pre-prepared rain-proof folders with directions from the front door waiting for you. Prompt and accurate communications from Charlotte (owner) re booking. Quite happy to recommend.

Lovely clean & tidy little cottage with every possible kitchen appliance and home comfort you could ask for. 100 yards from The Red Lion which has its own beers brewed on site.

“Lovely place to stay”
Reviewed July 28, 2017 for a stay in July 2017

Lovely cottage - everything you could wish for in a small but beautifully furnished cottage. Owners were helpful and made sure that we had everything we could want in the cottage.

Beautiful Derbyshire countryside and lots to do and see. We really enjoyed it.

“Good for our long weekend stay”
Reviewed July 20, 2017 for a stay in July 2017

Cottage is really clean and tidy and well kitted out. It has everything you would need for a short stay. Beds really comfortable. Nice little village with two pubs that both serve food and we had the advantage of staying at the time of the village fayre which provided entertainment for an afternoon. Garden/ patio was a little small - we had to park the car in the road to give our two dogs some room outside, but that didn't cause us any issues. Some nice walks for the dogs.
