Arrived late in a dank and dismal Tuesday night to be welcomed by old world charm mixed with good, comfortable rooms/beds, a decent breakfast and a great and quiet nights sleep.

If I could change anything it would be having to pay for WiFi- a very 2000’s approach to value added services especially when it’s free almost everywhere else.

A very nice hotel on the main square. Parking in the back and good size rooms. Slightly cold bathroom with showercurtains - that I really hate. Great bed - excellent sleep. Service as good as I expect in Denmark - and that is very good. Breakfast was the nicest surprise.

We stayed at the Hotel Dania to meet a family relative, and experience the hotel where my grandparents had their wedding reception in 1927. On arrival we noted that a stage was under construction in the square 02Aug17. We were given the "Queen's Room", which we found was very hot from the afternoon sun. However, we also discovered there was no air conditioning in the room/hotel. So, open the windows, but the sound stage construction was very noisy and they didn't stop until 10pm. AND started again at 5am. Not a good sleep night.

In all, the room was near and clean. Very basic appointments and amenities. The included breakfast in the morning was very good, and there was a wide selection available that included hot, cold, and cereal choices. I would give the breakfast 4 stars, but the hotel warrants only 3 stars, and guests who are not expecting an Embassy Suites experience should enjoy their stay and walking to the nearby shops.

Hello Steve.

Situated on the town square, this place exudes history. But the town square is currently completely dug up. The rooms at the back overlook the car park. There are really no public rooms except the extension of the reception/bar area.

Hej Carmonaman

Tak for din review.

God sommer, mange venlig hilsner, Team Dania:-)

With abouth 1800 nights spent at hotels during the last 17 years, i would say that "I know my hotels"
Perfect located, old style hotel, that has been modenised over the years, in what i would describe as Romantic style. A bit on the price side for a none "big city" hotel, but all in all, i will recomend it to others.
