The receptionist staff were rude and laughed a lot at us. We didn't feel comfortable at all. They were not very helpful and it seemed like we were being a nuisance. Also we had already paid for the room and then had to pay tax on top when we checked out. When we got back to the hotel one of our room doors hadn't been shut properly after being cleaned so we did not feel like our rooms were safe. We locked everything away in our suitcases because of that.

The elevators were like broom closets. The beds were too low to the ground. There was little to none space to move around that room especially when 3 people have 2 pieces of luggage each. There were no electrical outlets in bathroom to curl hair. No washcloths provided. The bar and restaurant closed too early as our bus (we were on a group tour) never returned before 10 pm. Vending machines had crappy choices. Had to walk to McDonald's to get food. I would never choose this hotel myself again.

The hotel is OK, with clean rooms (ours was cleaned every day) but very small.
We had a triple room, with a double and a small bad, but it was very small. We managed to find a place to put the suite case but did not have space to move in the room.
Of course we stay three days at Disneyland parks but having 4 nights accommodation... it was very small room.we had breakfast included but my suggestion for the hotel is to try to diversify it because each morning (4 mornings) we had the same: croissants, cheese and ham, butter, milk and yogurt. In two mornings we had also pain cakes, but every time when we were coming for breakfast we could not find food. We were asking the staff but they reacted so slowly.
Other inconvenient was the distance to the RER station (800m). It is not a big distance and we knew it but with a kid of 5years old, after 9, 10 hours on the parks, was difficult after two days.
My recommendation for families with small kids is to find accommodation in Disney village even it is more expensive.
So, in general is a good hotel, with medium quality, but not for families with small kids who are coming for Disneyland.

Any remark from our guests is important for us if we want to improve the quality of our services and satisfy all our guests.

We are really sorry that you find our triple room too small even if we are respecting the standard size that the international classification imposes for a 3 star hotel.

Regarding our breakfast buffet, we understand that you would have appreciated a more diversified offer. Unfortunately, in most Campanile hotels, we are obliged to respect the standards of the brand Campanile that impose the buffet you met during your stay.

However, even if you find the same products everyday, you should have each product in sufficient quantity. Therefore, we regret that some products were not reloaded on our breakfast buffet for your 2 last morning with us. Our staff is always trying doing the best to fulfill the buffet breakfast the quickest as possible when something is missing. But, when we have many people eating at the restaurant at the same time, sometimes, it is more difficult to reload the buffet rapidly.

We fully understand your dissatisfaction and regret it.

we booked for our holiday to disneyland qnd decided to stay at this hotel due to price and location.

prior to arrival i advised the hotel that we would be arriving at 1 for check in. with staying over xmas we wanted to use the restaurant on xmas eve and i was advised to book so they could get out food in (special festive menu)

on arrival at 1.20 we was told no room was ready. after 20 minutes they got us a room. do we went to room and put our stuff in and went out for the day. on our return is when it went downhill. room was hot to start with, then the kids went to use the toilet and they said it wouldn't flush. water was constantly running into the bowl. we put up with the stuffy room and constantly running water and on our wat out reported to reception. they said the air con is turned off in the whole hotel and no fans available and we had to put up with the heat and secondly they would fix tge toilet

on returning to the hotel we ased if the room had been sorted and they said yes. on returning to the room we used the toilet and again it stuck and just had running water. we complained to reception and someone came to look. after 45 minutes of messing around with the toilet they said its broken. they said it was to late to move and they didnt have a room for 4 so they gave us a room key to use a different room for the toilet. so we had to take kids to a different room fot the toilet. the following morning we had had enough. reception said we had to remove all our belongings to reception until they could finf us a room. by this point we was upset. xmas eve. the manager is one of the rudest people i have ever met. i asked for some money back to be met with you had a bed what more do yo want.

after an hour they found us a room so we moved our stuff.

later we arrived back for our xmas eve dinner to be told our reservation and booking hadnt been passed on from reception.

i will never use this hotel chain again. i have left messages on the website with no return

We arrived late in the evening. The hotel didnt have the name infront of it. There were hotels on both sides and we got a little confused which one is which.

Johan, the receptionist at that time was polite and explained to us how the wifi works and the card keys.

We always wash our hands when we get home and when we entered the room it stinks! The toilet stinks! And this hotel didnt have hand soap but they have a dispenser for soap but it was empty!

Since it was freezing we turned the heating ON right away but it wasnt working!

We were tired and starving and We went back down to the restaurant but the staff said it was already closed! I understand it was already 10pm and maybe everyone was tired but the fact that they knew we were starving because i told them, the staff was eating the remaining food infront of us and I even said maybe thats for free(jokingly) but the manager just gave me a blank face! Thought they speak/understand english well.

Anyway, 1st of January at 18.30, a lady just entered the room without knocking and my husband was in the toilet he locked the toilet door immediately. I was shocked! Still thinking if we got the wrong room!!! She went out for 2sec and showed me 2 toilet rolls. Then i realized, she wanted to clean the room. She cant understand nor speak english obviously, because we put the sign "do not disturb" outside and still entered the room.

We checked out the following day. We gave the card keys back to the lady. And as expected she didnt ask how was our stay.
