It is The first time I'm disappointed like that with a Mercure Hotel. The worst is that not only myself was concerned by the lack of quality of service and the lack of customer obsession disappointed the whole group.
Firstly, they didn't accept our club Accor Hotel card. I requested why, no explanations were provided and to make me happy they took it after few minutes of discussion. No welcome drink was proposed as planned with the club accor program despite I was correctly registered insistently.
The receptionists/barmen guys were not all friendly. At the limit of unpleasant.
At the end of a long day of work, it is great to share a have fun moment with his team but we felt to bother the barmen.
To finish I requested to provide a feedback to The manager The first day and gave à letter At The reception desk. 4 days later, I have not been contacted yet.
Really bad customer experience with this Hotel, not worthy of Mercure hotel.More
