We recently stayed at this pleasant hotel. Although I imagine when it first opened it was splendid and warranted its 4 star rating. However, despite the main lobby being very impressive ..the rest of the hotel is a little dated... The staff in the hotel were very friendly and pleasant but the restaurant staff could be a little more friendly and attentive,,, Its not the cheapest of restaurants in the area and the service should match the price charged..

Well I'm surprised at some mediocre reviews on here as I thought it was great. It was very quiet when we went and this gave a nice ambiance to our stay.
So details. Spotless rooms, maybe slightly dated pine, but pleasant, large (had table and chairs, armchair etc.) Quiet aircon. Comfy bed. Plentiful free parking. Nice outdoor pool.
We used as a base for visiting Jerez which is ten minutes away and it gave good value in that respect.
Staff were excellent and helpful, we had a lot of questions and needed a little help (in fact we were a nuisance!) but they greeted every request with a smile and did everything we asked. Top marks here for this.
Restaurant is traditional. Great staff showed us different sherries to try and talked us through menu. Food was top notch to be honest.
A minor niggle was long sausage pillows on the bed, not my preferred and they didn't have "normal" ones. We got some slightly shorter in the end. A minor point only though.
If the racing is on I'm sure its much busier, but our stay after the business off Sevilla and Cordoba was a real relaxing pleasure.
Would definitely stay again and recommend it without question.

As a service engineer I stay in hotels all over the UK and Europe , this hotel is one of the worst for the price we were charged, looks great on the outside but on the inside the rooms are so out of date with air-conditioning not working
The bar 4 euros for a large beer is nearly twice the price and a sort measure a hotel I stayed in last month in Spain, when you are given drinks in Spain you are given nuts or crisps not in this hotel ,are group of 6 friends we had to bring in are own .The restaurant
O what a restaurant bread and beetroot is on the table on arrival, this is not free ,food is expensive and very basic , we order 6 stakes and that what we got with a.few chips that was it no offers of any sauces no veg no salad , you sometimes think give them rubbish they are brits they live on beans on toast .over all this hotel is taken the micky there are far better hotel who deliver and you are happy to spend the money in ,this is not one of them

Room Tip: Make sure you are not put in the basement it stinks of damp

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, but air con could work better as was very hot in the room and the beds need to be updated as not very comfortable and make a lot of noise when turning over.

Restaurant expensive and add on the the bread and beetroot taster without you knowing.

The Menu de Dia could change on a daily basis as this was the same the whole week we was there.

Bar did run out of drinks very quickly and was very expensive.

But over all was a clean hotel and beds was changed and towels changed everyday and could not fault the staff.

I would visit again in the hope that beds up graded and daily menu had changed.

Perfect location for Jerez circuit but awful service once there. Twin rooms are a joke and mainly in the dark basement.

Food is average at best and the attitude and service of the restaurant staff is rude, just plain rude.
