“Lovely house in the beautiful Sutivan”
Reviewed June 19, 2017

This house is perfect for a peaceful break on the picturesque island of Brac.

The house itself is clean and spacious with a lovely small gated courtyard at the front. It is ideally situated down a little cobbled street near to the harbourside where you will find an array of restaurants and cafes to eat in.

Although too short we had a lovely stay in this beautiful town and cannot recommend it enough.

“Lovely location despite not having sea view in old part of town just a few minutes from the beach.”
Reviewed August 20, 2016 for a stay in August 2016

Comfortable house in lovely Sutivan which is great for family holiday. Good restaurants and nice beaches all in easy walking distance. Even busy town beach has a very nice vibe and great for swimming and snorkeling. Mountain bike ride with eldura down from vidova gora with Mario great fun

“Delightful house in the lovely old part of Sutivan. Easy walk to everything.”
Reviewed July 15, 2014 for a stay in July 2014

It was exactly as described. 2 min walk to stony beach, or shop or harbour or bus. So we didn't mind no view. This was reflected in price I think. We went 1st July for 10 days & it was noticeably busy in the 2nd week. It was much nicer when it was quieter but nowhere near as busy as other places and you could still find quiet spots, We chose no car as we wanted a relaxing holiday. We went by bus or bike locally. Very relaxing. We were going to hire a boat but we were unlucky with the weather. We did kayaking too. Restaurants were all great. There was a new one on the harbour front which had only been open a month. Highly recommend it. if you're there for more than a week you'll end up going again to local restaurants but the fish was excellent so it's all fine. (note - my only less than top rating was because the local contact for key etc was not contactable on arrival. A problem with a phone or being away - I wasn't sure. we spent a few hours in the harbour on wifi getting sorted. Penny managed to sort it thankfully. All other reviews re local contact had been fabulous so maybe we were just unlucky. I hadn't taken Penny's mobile so maybe that's a good addition to the instructions - just in case of such an emergency again).

“Book now - you will have an amazing holiday”
Reviewed October 14, 2013 for a stay in May 2013

We so enjoyed our stay in this delightful cottage set in the old sector of the picturesque small village/town of Sutivan. The cottage is comfortable and clean and tucked away in a quiet location with just a stroll to the beach and harbourside.Sutivan has a lovely atmosphere with good restaurants and coffee places. we loved hiring bikes and a car to explore the rest of the island - we loved our stay here.

Penny took our booking In such an easy and pleasant way answering our questions honestly and accurately we were almost unnerved cynics to the core thinking - what's the catch? - but there was no catch, the property a Brac stone cottage has been fully renovated and is well furnished , comfortable beds and chairs well equipped kitchen , washing room just everything you need. Penny's agent on Brac , Renko just could not be any more helpful or pleasant. The town is old and curious the people really welcoming the island is fabulous and long walks were brilliant and the beaches so clean and the sea so clear and refreshing........ We had a fabulous break there no buts at all and no hesitation in recommending it to others.
