Popped in over the Easter weekend as we had heard great reports and was not disappointed.

Freshly made scones still warm from the oven were excellent. A proper pot of tea with enough for a refill

We sat indoors due to weather and can not wait to return when the weather gets warmer to sit in the garden

Lovely traditional tea room

Called in for food after our walk. My Whippet was warmly welcomed which is always a good sign. Lovely cream tea. Friendly service & even the back ground music impressed my old Dad

These tea rooms offer both inside and outside seating. It is just 400 yards from the River Thames and Buscot Lock
Only negative is that the range of cakes and dinks is rather limited.

Overall a very pleasant place to sit and relax.

My wife and I have just stopped in for a cup of tea and a bite to eat. Friendly staff and a homely atmosphere compliment the garden tranquility and excellent home cooked food. I highly recommend the cream tea and scones, though the locally sourced sausage baguette with red onion chutney is well worth a try too.
