All google searches mention 'the top' family friendly hotel in Spa Belgium with a indoor pool. This is so not true. Do not go there if you have a family. We booked this hotel with 2 other families with young children. On arrival we were told that the pool cannot be used from 9am - 6pm for children. The only kids friendly thing they had was a 1 square meter area next to the toilets with a few box's of toys. The result was that the kids were so bored as we were anticipating using the pool. The biggest joke was giving the kids food for dinner. As the restaurant opens at 19.00, the only option they had for the children was the bar menu eating in the bar on the floor. We were consequently told off and requested to keep the children quiet as this was disturbing the other customers. Long story short - dont go there with children and hotel please change your policies to business/couple hotel needing rest and quiet. What a waste of money!

Thank you for choosing our hotel and for sharing your experience.
We are really sorry that your stay did not respond to your expectations.
It is true that our hotel is mentioned as family friendly by our customers and we do welcome lots of families. However, the most important for us is to offer to all our clients the best experience and for this, we do request that the children as well as the adults respect the comfort and peacefulness of everyone. It is written on our site that children are not accepted in our wellness center during the treatments hours and we are really sorry that you missed this information on our various websites. Concerning the meal, indeed our restaurant opens at 7pm and our bar is open for snacks from noon to the closing of the kitchen. We offer many tables at the bar, it was your decision to let your children eat on the floor.
We do take in consideration all your remarks.

Although there were some initial issues at check in, our overall stay was a great experience and one for the memory books. The pool and location were excellent. A little further from the main centre than expected and the restaurant, although good quality, was expensive.
