We stayed here on our way to the ferry in Amsterdam. It was the first hotel we came to when we left the motorway. It looked quite impressive from the outside. Our party was two adults and a 10 year old child so we were given a triple bedded room. For that they asked for E120 to include breakfast. The room was OK. Not very big but spotlessly clean. The pictures on the wall were very dodgy and included a framed jigsaw with a cracked glass frame. The bathroom was clean but small and didn't have a hairdryer. As far as the rooms go this is definitely a no-frills place. Also, being on a busy main road it was quite noisy in the morning.
We had dinner in their 'Estragon' restaurant. Service was quite friendly and the food was good. Again, it wasn't cheap. Breakfast was OK with a variety of breads, cold meats and cheeses and boiled eggs.
I wouldn't recommend this place as a great hotel experience but it was adequate for a stopover. I do think it's very overpriced and I have stayed in Malmaisons and even Hiltons that are cheaper.
