A wonderful traditional family hotel run by Simone and Alberto, who are very friendly, helpful and professional. The food is excellent and large portions - especially at breakfast! The bedrooms are all en suite- all very clean and beautifully decorated and maintained. New towels every day.
Superb hotel and we were received with the warmest welcome, and this continued throughout our stay, thank you! Perfect views, perfect place to stay, with the lovely Stresa a very short drive away and Arona close by too, both well worth visiting. I can't recommend this hotel enough, just ideal.

5 star all round…. If there was a 6 star option they would have got it. Simon’s and Alberto were so welcoming and made our two night stay wonderful. They served up a lovely late dinner for tired travellers, we woke in the morning to find an amazing view, followed by a hearty breakfast. We will be back. Grazie Barry & Carolyn

I'm so in love with this hotel. The owners are so kind, warm and professional. When we arrived in Belgirate, we were in a small accident and the owner came immediately to pick us up. The next morning he helped with the repairs and even checked the air in our tires. The hotel is stunning, the view is incredible, the rooms are immaculate and the food and wine is delicious. One of my top 3 hotels in the world.

Simona´s and Alberto´s care about us was excellent. It all started even before our arrival when Simona informed us in advance about every detail what is prepared for us and how they can make our journey and stay easier and more comfortable.
Big thank for all the advice concerning the trips, you made us travelling around easier.
Every morning we enjoyed the breakfast on the lake-view terrace which made a great start into the day.
We admired the garden with trees from all over the world and our children enjoyed the swimming pool and ping pong.
The lake view from our room was the icing on the cake ♥️.
Simona and Alberto made us feel that all their guests are highly welcomed.
