I'll start with the negative aspects:
- furniture was very old and worn-out, including the door and the lock
- shower was somehow leaking into the hallway
- WiFi connection very poor. Of course, I'm talking about the lobby where it was supposed to be working. Rarely did I manage to get a stable connection (for browsing purposes, not youtube or facebook). Not to mention the 500 users limit which, from my point of view, for a 400 rooms hotel which is almost full in peak season with at least 2 persons per room and at minimum one device per person is a bit undersized. Luckily they had two computers that you could pay to use (50 cents/7 mins or 1 euro/15 mins) which had reasonable internet speed.
Onto the positive aspects:
+ very close to the beach, a 5 minutes walk
+ staff was very friendly and willing to help
+ cleanliness (hotel overall and the room)
+ food was very tasty and diverse (we had a full board ticket), live cooking, themed dinners (mexican/american). They would also provide you a packed lunch/dinner if you were going on an excursion.
+ air conditioning was working very well and silent
+ there were a few entertainment opportunities (flamenco night, piano playing in the lobby)More
