I meet friends here regularly and it is always nice. However the last two times I visited for more than coffee, the food wasn't as nice. The party didn't get their food close to the same time, and the meals were not that good. My 'roast chicken' tasted as if it were smoked, and the bread was soggy.
The cakes and salads are still good but won't bother ordering anything else.

We popped in for a coffee and were initially very impressed by the food - it looked amazing. We ordered a ginger slice and a mini lemon cheesecake and a coffee each. It took about 10 mins for our slice and cheesecake, which was surprising as all they had to do was take them out of the cabinet. When they did arrive they were a bit of a let down. The ginger slice had very little "bite" and the lemon cheesecake was quite tough. Still, we ate them while we waited for our coffee. And waited. And waited. Eventually I got up to see if they'd forgotten us, to be greeted by a girl coming out with the coffee. Apparently she'd been unable to find us. Well... ok, except by now the coffee was luke warm - assuming of course it had been hot to start with. I'd hate to see how they coped if they were busy. Would we go back.... probably not.

The breakfasts are very well presented, artsy crafty style.

All breakfasts are certainly very nice and tasty, but the portions on average are on the small side, so you feel the price is not only a bit steep, you walk away feeling you could had more for your money.

Nice atmosphere and great service.
